169th Bristol Scout Group

Our Scout hut is available to hire to community groups and members of the Scouting and Girlguiding movements, we also have a large outdoor area which is suitable for groups to hold small camps on.  We do NOT hire the Scout Hut for private parties/groups.

 

 

The rental prices for the 169th Bristol Scout hut are as follows:

 

• To rent the hall, kitchen and grounds is £20 per hour.

Camping charges for the 169th Bristol Scout hut are as follows:

 

• Camping per person per night is £4.00  per person per night for Scouting & Guiding use and Community groups. (The camping costs do not include the use of the hall or the kitchen, which are additional to the overnight camping fees).

• To rent the hall and Kitchen for use during camping is £100 per night. (this includes the use of an extra room that can be used as additional or Leaders sleeping accommodation).

 

• There is no charge for Scouting & Guiding use for occasional evening or daytime District meetings, but for weekends hire charges apply.

 

All bookings must be secured with a £25 (cash) deposit payable no later than 2 weeks before the use of the hall or the booking will be cancelled.

 

A copy of our hire agreement will need to be completed upon arrival or beforehand if possible and a copy of our hire instructions will be given out upon arrival at the premises.
